Refund policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us for an approval and return merchandise authorization number (RMA)

Customer responsible for return shipping and tracking. We will provide a return label for warranty covered units. Postage will be deducted from refund amount if no issues are found with the product.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all opened boxes.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return delivery.

Damaged, or missing items on products returned for any reason will be deducted from the refund amount.
